Does my apartment come furnished or not?

Out of 329 apartments, we offer a mix of furnished and non-furnished - so you can make Park Square truly your own. All of our furnished apartments are designed to complement modern living, with stand-out palettes and sustainable furnishings wherever possible. 

Are amenities included?

At Park Square, what you see is what you get. All of our amenities come as part of your monthly rental, including concierge services, full use of the gym, our co-working spaces, and more. Plus, we’d never spring you with hidden costs - that’s just not our style. 

That includes: 

  • Fully equipped, modern kitchens with sleek appliances
  • Maintenance services and resident-app for easy bookings
  • En-suite bathrooms
  • Bike storage with workbench 
  • Bookable private dining rooms and hosted spaces

Are pets welcome?

Absolutely. At Park Square, we love our furry, feathered, and finned friends. But before you bring your pet to PQ, we ask that you fully read our pet policy to make sure everyone can glug, meow, and bark in perfect harmony.

Is Park Square well-connected? 

You’re the centre of our universe - geographically, at least. But that also goes for excellent transport links, which come in clutch when you’ve got places to go and people to see. We’re 10 minutes away from Milton Keynes railway station, with trains leaving for London every 20 minutes - taking less than an hour into the capital. 

Plus, we’re only a 35-minute drive from London Luton airport, so the whole world is literally at your fingertips. Isn’t that nice? 

What is the quickest I can move in?

Great news – we can get you moved into your new home within 7 days of the date of reservation, subject to applications being submitted on time!

Is WiFi included?

WiFi is included in the rent of your property. We offer high-speed WiFi at 250MB/ps. You also have access to WiFi throughout all social spaces within the building for seamless work and play.

Do I need to set up my own utilities?

No, utilities are already set up for you. 

Can I choose my own move-in date?

You can choose to move in any date - so long as it meets our requirements!

Do you have parking spaces?

Yes - we do have Parking spaces available in our underground carpark! Subject to availability, these can be leased for an additional charge. We also have EV charging.

Do you have any sustainability measures in place?

Of course - we are very focused on being kind to the environment here at Park Square. To compliment your green lifestyle, we have fitted our roof with solar

panels, and provide free bike storage and EV charging spaces too! Your new home also has an EPC rating of B – great for both you and the planet!

What lease lengths do you offer?

We currently offer leases from 6 months.

Is there a fee for reserving the apartment?

Yes – to reserve your new home exclusively for yourself, there is a holding deposit of one week's rent. This is then reconciled on your first payment.

What happens if something goes wrong in my apartment?

We have a fantastic maintenance team here at Park Square who are on hand to help keep your apartment in fantastic condition! Depending on the cause of the issue, one of our team will be out to assess what is required and carry out the work in a suitable timeframe!

Do I need to go through referencing?

Yes, to reserve your new home you will need to go through a rental process. You would be required to prove your ID and current address and depending on

your specific requirements, you may also need to provide proof of funds.

Do I need to pay council tax?

Yes – you will need to pay your council tax. The estimated banding is 1A, 2B, & 3C - but please check the Milton Keynes Council Website for further details. Once you move in, you will be able to apply on the council’s website, but should you face any difficulties, one of our wonderful on-site team will be available to offer assistance.

Are there any additional charges during the process?

No additional charges here! You have a holding fee, your deposit (if applicable), then pay your rent and utilities!

Do you run any community events?

Absolutely – what is a lovely home without a beautiful community! Weather-dependent (of course), we run a wide range of wellness, entertainment, and community-building events throughout the year. There will be some events tailored to your furry friends too!

What are the different deposit options?

Here at Park Square we have two deposit options: 4 weeks’ worth of rent as your deposit, held within the TDS - or a 0% deposit option where you would pay one week's rent, which is non-refundable.

Is there any amenity space?

Yes – and lots of it! We will have a gym coming soon, resident lounges, work from home space, a private dining kitchen, and even a coffee station with a treats section too! You then of course have plenty of outside space which includes a 9-th floor terrace, offering spectacular views of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas!
