    One of the below must be met
    o Currently live in MK
    o Currently work in MK
    o Be a key worker anywhere in the UK
    Affordability – household salary must be within the minimum and maximum brackets
    o DMR apartments must meet one of the below:
    - Have a household annual income of at least 30 x the monthly rent of the property
    - Or, pay your entire lease durations rent in advance
    However, for DMR, there is also a maximum you can earn. We want to ensure that the rent is affordable based on your circumstances. Our team is happy to help you with any questions regarding your eligibility.
